DO YOU ONLY SUPPORT WORDPRESS?

Currently our goal is to provide assitance to WordPress, but Osiris Web Project future development is to work with all platforms such as Joomla, Drupal, and HTML. If you have any of these CMS or HTML platforms please contact us and we will let you know if we can still assist you with your project. 

WHAT ARE YOU HOURS OF SUPPORT?

Our support hours are between 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, weekend and holidays by appointment or expedited services. If you are in need of additional services on the weekend or holidays please contact us and we will make arrangements for your project. 

How does TASKS/support work?

We use support tickets rather than phone calls. With a small team we want to make sure that all communication is documented and extremely clear. Thoughout our journey we’ve found that this makes it easier for our entire team to know what’s going on with your site.

Submitted through your account dashboard is the easiest way to authenticate your support ticket. You can also email at any time from the email address associated with your OsirisWP account.

Tasks (aka support tickets request) submitted for your website should be an average from 10 to 30 minutes limit per request. This would mean small changes to an already existing website; small css additions, uploading images and/or text, changing images, texts, or videos, these are a few examples of simple tasks. Larger request (if applicable) will require an add-on of hourly service of $88/per task.

what does tasks ARE not cover?

We are not reponsible for modifying the source code for plugins or themes files, please consult the respective software author. We know modifying an authors work can be cumbersome, if and/or when you have communicated to the author and the instructions may overwhelm or may be a challenge to resolve please contact us. Additional Add-on services are available if your project demands more care. 

CAN I UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?

Once logged into your account you may be able to change you subscription levels. We would suggest if you are planning to change your plan to make adjustments before the next billing cycle.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Billing is based on a month-to-month or annual schedule from your start date, and can be cancel anytime. 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently we only accept major credit cards and PayPal.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBRSCRIPTION EXPIRES?

When you subscription is close to renewal you will get a reminder of the upcoming statement. You will have 3 day after your due date to update your subscription. If no payment is aquired, your account will be in suspension until the next 30 day or when payment is updated. If you account is inactive of payment for 30 days the account will be removed from our system.

IS THERE REFUNDS?

We maintain a policy of no refunds. Due to the month-to-month or annual, cancel anytime nature of this agreement we shall not be compelled to issue a refund, pro-rated or otherwise for any reason. We reserve the right to issue a refund or exchange to another service on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT INFO?

Information you send or get through the site is private. We do not send or partner with any third party afflilates.
